Product Overview
Alumina ceramics have many excellent properties, so they are widely
used in the world. Alumina ceramics have a Vickers hardness of
15GPa, a density of about 3.75g/cm3, a compressive strength of
about 2100MPa, a flexural strength of 300Mpa, a volume resistance
of 1014Ω·m, an expansion coefficient similar to that of metals, and
good chemical stability.
The positioning pin is based on the workpiece hole as the
positioning reference and participates in the part that limits the
freedom of the object. The process of determining the correct
position of a part in a fixture is usually called positioning. The
positioning pin is required to completely enter the positioning
hole when positioning.
